DEFECTS or DAMAGES
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your order, contact us immediately so that we can solve your problem.
If your item is defective or it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at email@example.com or 1-833-xxx-xxxx. Include order number and photos of damaged item for best service.
Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous people who prey on small businesses. This shipping policy is necessary to protect our business from fraud.
RETURNS or EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 7 days after receipt of item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Alive and Stitching.
Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, Fedex or USPS.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Alive and Stitching with tracking confirmation for your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- If your item is returned and the product is broken, damaged, ripped, torn, cut or has missing items then a refund will be granted for those items that are in original condition.
- If you only return part of your items that you ordered then refund will be granted based on what you returned.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, ripped, cut or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after accepting delivery.
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item (as listed in the product description)
We will always email you prior to granting a refund in these situations.
Any clothing item must be original and not worn, damaged, torn or ripped otherwise refund will not be granted.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
- Please write in detail which items you want exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance or Warehouse Sale Items (if applicable)
Products offered as Clearance or Warehouse Sales AND STATED IN DESCRIPTION FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: RETURNS, Alive and Stitching, 9858 Glades Road Suite 144, Boca Raton, FL 33434.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee delivery. Note: if shipping via USPS, purchasing shipping online includes tracking at no extra charge.
