Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a notification when your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on many items and on all orders over $35.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@aliveandstitching.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
